A self-employed communications consultant, Jason Wiseman has provided comprehensive online and offline design, advertising, marketing, PR and technology solutions for businesses of all sizes, across industries for over 13 years. Jason recently partnered with one client in the energy conservation sector to generate nearly $25 million in sales over a 6-year span by leveraging DRTV and online lead generation.

Before moving to San Luis Obispo in 2005, Jason lived and successfully sold real estate on a small spit of land on the far reaches of Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Jason's passion for real estate and design coalesced in 2008 when he and his wife, Architectural Designer Tricia Hamachai, purchased and remodeled a 1970s-era San Luis Obispo home; the project earning an Award of Commendation from the Obispo Beautiful Association.

Jason believes that success is derived from partnerships and collaboration; and this is precisely why he chose Patterson Realty. When he is not working with clients, Jason can be found surfing local waves, enjoying Thai food at his wife's restaurant (Thai Talay in Pismo Beach) and chasing around his two young children, Jade (10) and Xavier (4). You may also see him around town playing second fiddle to Rufus, the 160 lb. Great Dane.
